‘Cheers!’ Series: Legends on Ice by Henan Performance Arts Co., Ltd

Due to overwhelming response, there are 16 stall tickets with restricted view ($140) of each performance available for sale at the box office of Sha Tin Town Hall from 10am on each day of the performances.  Each person can purchase a maximum of two tickets per transaction on a first-come-first-served basis.

A blend of figure skating and stunning acrobatics

Legends on Ice is an integration of figure skating and circus performance, the dazzling performance is designed with ingenious creativity that demonstrates the graceful and fluid moves of figure skating.  The performance also features video projection and special stage lighting effects that challenge the narrative flow of traditional acrobatics and astonish the audience visually.  Fun-packed clown routines and interactive sessions are also included to craft a truly immersive carnival ambience.

Audiences aged 3 and above are welcome.

Performers have been professionally trained to accomplish the feats performed in the shows.  Audience members are advised not to imitate their acts.

Friendly Reminder:  To accomplish the real ice stage in a desirable condition, temperature inside the auditorium will be adjusted lower than the normal setting.  Thank you for your attention.

The running time of each performance is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes without intermission.

‘Cheers!’ Series: ‘Legends on Ice’ by Henan Performance Arts Co., Ltd

Founded in 1964, Henan Performance Arts Co., Ltd. is a performing arts troupe that specialises in acrobatics on ice and dance performances.  The troupe has a team of more than 40 top ice skating performers and a comprehensive ice performance training programme.  In 2013, their critically acclaimed acrobatic show Grace on Ice was staged more than 100 performances in Shanghai.  In 2015, the troupe toured across the country, performing over 120 sold-out shows of Legends on Ice in Wuhan, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Pinghu, Suzhou, Kunshan, Shanghai, etc.  The troupe will perform in several Italian cities starting from early 2017.
