Running time of each performance is about 2 hours including an intermission of 20 minutes.  Presenter reserves the right to change the programme and artists.

Ticket is not required for the relays at Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Piazza and Sha Tin Park.  Free seating on a first-come-first-served basis. Please bring your own seat mat.

Online registration for the relays at Yuen Long Theatre, Auditorium opens 24 October 2017 at 10am on a first-come-first-served basis on our website www.lcsd.gov.hk/cp.

Patrons using wheel chairs can call 2268 7321 during office hours for arrangements of reservation of seats.

The live relays will be filmed by RTHK and the angle of the camera will be fixed throughout the programme.

As the most anticipated music event in 2017, the two upcoming concerts given by the Berliner Philharmoniker will be broadcast live in Tsim Sha Tsui, Sha Tin and Yuen Long from the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall.  Live relays of concerts to local audience will be shown in three locations simultaneously for the first time.  Come and enjoy this spectacular event with friends and families for free.
