(2026/27 School Year Term 2) Booking - Opens for application

 

Booking application for the “Pilot Scheme on the Use of School Venues by Arts Groups” (2026/27 school year Term 2) will be accepted from 15 September until 30 October 2026. Non-profit organisation may hire the school venues for rehearsals during after-school hours.

Temporary Closure of Art Studios at 4/F

 

The Art Studios at 4/F of the Sheung Wan Civic Centre will be temporarily closed for refurbishment and improvement works from 1 March 2027, and are expected to re-open on 1 June 2027. Other facilities of the Sheung Wan Civic Centre will remain open.  Booking applications for the Art Studios during the said period are not accepted.
