Beautiful, well-made handicrafts add colours to our daily life while the skills and artistry behind every exquisite piece do not come by easily. The Creative Arts Market provides a platform for Hong Kong artists and craftsmen to showcase their work and exchange with the Taipei public.

The Hong Kong Cultural Centre has been organising Creative Arts Market at its piazza since 2013, and one of its major partners is Po Leung Kuk. Handmade arts and craft items such as paper craft, wooden sculpture, painting, and textile, leather, ceramic, and rope art are presented and sold at the market. The event is well received in Hong Kong for its wonderful variety on display, as well as its lively, bustling atmosphere.

Some of the popular artists and craftsmen from the ‘Po Leung Kuk Flea Market’ are invited to showcase their creative works and exquisite skills to the Taipei public in the ‘Hong Kong Week’.

Established in 1878, Po Leung Kuk is one of Hong Kong’s most established charitable organizations. Its services include social welfare, education, medical and health services, adoption, and leisure and cultural services.
