The Hong Kong City Hall is the first multi-purpose cultural complex built to enrich the quality of life of the Hong Kong community. Over the past years, it has taken on the role of popularizing the arts, promoting eastern and western cultures and expanding the parameters of community activities. The City Hall has been recognized by the general public as one of Hong Kong’s most prominent centres of arts and culture. To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the City Hall, a commemorative exhibition was organized to take us through its many glorious years with images and memorabilia.
