Tickets must be collected within 3 days of reservation. Reservations made within 3 days of the performance will be held up to 1 hour before the performance, after which the reservations will be cancelled.

Performing Arts Programmes Discount Schemes
1.	Students, Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Recipients Discounts
	Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance recipients. Concessionary ticket holders must produce evidence of their identity or age upon admission.
2.	Package Booking Discount
	10% discount on full-price tickets is offered for each purchase of 3-4 different performing arts programmes / films; 15% discount for each purchase of 5 different performing arts programmes / films or more.
3.	Friends of Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Sha Tin Town Hall, Tsuen Wan Town Hall / Kwai Tsing Theatre, and Tuen Mun Town Hall / Yuen Long Theatre Discounts
	10% discount on full-price tickets is offered to Friends of the above-mentioned performing venues with valid membership cards (maximum 2 tickets per performance). Valid membership card details should be provided when purchasing tickets through Credit Card Telephone Booking and Internet Booking.
4.	Friends of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra Discount
	25% discount on full-price tickets of Pluckety Pluck - Chinese Plucked String Music is offered to Friends of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra with valid membership cards. 5.	Little Panda in a Big Big World Group Booking Discount and Friends of Hong Kong Dance Company Discount
	10% discount on full-price tickets is offered for each purchase of 10-19 tickets of Little Panda in a Big Big World and 20% discount for each purchase of 20 tickets or more. 20% discount on full-price tickets of Little Panda in a Big Big World is offered to Friends of Hong Kong Dance Company with valid membership cards. Special Notes
．	All the performing arts programmes are suitable for ages 3 and above.
．	Each ticket admits one person only.
．	Patrons can enjoy only one of the above discount schemes for the purchase of each ticket. Please inform box office staff at the time of purchase.
．	The Hong Kong Film Archive box office only sells tickets for film programmes.
．	The Hong Kong Space Museum box office only sells tickets for films screened at the Museum.
．	URBTIX service is not available at the Hong Kong Science Museum and Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre.
．	Programmes will normally be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or remains hoisted 3 hours before the performance time. Ticket holders are advised to call 2370 1044 for details of programme schedule change and refund arrangements.
．	The presenter reserves the right to substitute artists and change the programme should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary.
．	Members of the audience are advised to arrive punctually. Latecomers will only be admitted when there is a suitable break in the performance or at the interval.
．	No discount schemes are applicable to iD Generation - Cosmo X Physical Theatre Workshop, Dance@Media Workshop and Youth in Love with Video Project 2006.
