【Ticket Refund Arrangement】
Due to Super Typhoon Yagi, the Lecture Series on Appreciating Ballet — Great Masters & the Classics (Lecture 3) scheduled on 5 September 2024 (Thursday) at 7:30pm at AC2, Level 4, Administration Building, Hong Kong Cultural Centre has been rescheduled to 31 October 2024 (Thursday) at 7:30pm at the same venue.
Ticket holder(s) of the lecture on 5 September may present the original ticket(s) for admission to the lecture on 31 October (Thursday) at 7:30pm. Ticket holder(s) who are unable to attend the rescheduled lecture may apply for refund. The arrangement is as below:

Refund shall automatically be handled by Maoyan through the same method previously used to purchase the ticket according to the latest record of URBTIX in around 60-80 days (refunds are expected to be completed by January 2025 or before).
If you purchased tickets by Cash (HK currency only), Octopus or FPS:
Please apply your refund with original intact ticket(s) (with stub) at the URBTIX Maoyan Customer Service Centre during office hours from 28 October to 20 November 2024. Upon the receipt of returned tickets, refund will be deposited to the designated bank account provided by the ticket holders via FPS or bank transfer.

This lecture series is conducted by Margaret Lau, a seasoned dance critic and writer in Hong Kong on the subject of ballet. Her passion for ballet and her extensive experience and knowledge undoubtedly enhance audiences' understanding for appreciation of ballet performances.
