The Italian Character won the Platinum Remi Production Award in the WorldFest Houston and the second place of the Best Documentary Film in Globo d'Oro, and many others. It paints a portrait of the Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia - Roma. Through experiencing the process of planning to perform in a concert with the Orchestra together, and the interviews of players and conductor, audience could gain an insight into a fascinating world that is usually concealed from it and understand the Italian character.
Savio Lau, editor of Hi Fi Review, will share his views with audience on the documentary and the orchestra after the screening. Post-screening talk will be conducted in Cantonese, supplemented by English.

Admission free by online registration from 10am on 27 August (Mon) onwards. Free seating with limited seats on a first-come-first-served basis.
