Live Relays of the London Symphony Orchestra

The world-renowned London Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of its Music Director Sir Simon Rattle, will perform three concerts with the seven-time Grammy-winning pianist Emanuel Ax and our award-winning local pianists Colleen Lee and Aristo Sham at the Concert Hall of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

To celebrate this special occasion with more citizens, live relays will be held for the three concerts at the Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the Auditoria of Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Yuen Long Theatre and Tuen Mun Town Hall for free.  Local hosts will also be sharing on related musical topics in the pre-concert chit-chat before each live relay, so don't miss out!

Online registration is not required for the live relays at the Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.  Free seating on the performance days on a first come, first served basis.  Please bring your own seat mat.

Programme Details:

The pre-concert chit-chat will be conducted in Cantonese.

Each performance will run for about 3 hours including a 20 minute intermission.  The presenter reserves the right to change the programme and substitute artists/speakers.

Each audience can receive ONE souvenir, available on a first come, first served basis while stock lasts.

In case of inclement weather, the live relays may be affected.  Please refer to the announcements made by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department on the day of the event.
