The 'Exercise for All' Show was held at the Hong Kong Stadium to encourage people to exercise more regularly. Under the School Sports Programme, youngsters have opportunities to participate in various types of sports. Lawn bowls is proving popular with senior citizens at LCSD venues. Basketball superstar Yao Ming playing against the Melbourne Tigers at the Hong Kong International Basketball Challenge 2003.
