1. | The visit will be cancelled under any one of the following circumstances: | |
(a) | a tropical cyclone warning signal no.3 or above is issued; | |
(b) | a red or black rainstorm warning is issued; | |
(c) | a thunderstorm forecast/warning is issued (for outdoor facilities) and | |
(d) | the Environmental Protection Department announces the health risk of the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) reaches "Serious" level in the district where the activities are conducted (AQHI scale of 10+) | |
2. | The visiting group should arrive at the gathering point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. | |
3. | The visiting group can stay in the Park for other activities after the visit. | |
4. | The no. of participants for visiting group should be restricted from 20 to 35 and they should be accompanied by at least 2 leaders during the visit. | |
5. | The visiting group should arrange its own transport, public liability insurance and safety measures. | |
6. | To avoid disturbance to animals and other visitors in the venue, the use of loudhailer is not allowed. | |
7. | Participants are advised to wear long trousers and bring their own caps, raincoats and anti-mosquito spray/cream. | |
8. | Participants should obey the instructions given by the staff of the Park. Do not run or shout in the Park. | |
9. | Before the tour starts, the leaders should brief participants on the objectives of the visit and regulations to be observed. | |
10. | The leaders should bring a first-aid kit. | |
