Booking Arrangements for the Facilities of the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre

The Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre (SWHCC) was temporarily closed from April 2022 for the renovation and improvement project and is expected to provide professional services for you in mid-2025 with a brand new look.

From 1 April 2025 onwards, the “ordinary booking applications” for the major facilities including Theatre and Cultural Activities Hall and the “late booking applications” for minor facilities including Rehearsal Room, Art Studio and Music Practice Rooms for the period from July to December 2025 will be accepted. During venue closure, service of the URBTIX Outlet and the Self-service Ticketing Kiosks at SWHCC will be suspended.  Patrons are welcome to purchase tickets at other URBTIX outlets, self-service ticketing kiosks, on internet (www.urbtix.hk), by mobile app URBTIX (Android, HarmonyOS and iPhone/iPad versions) and telephone booking (3166 1288; 10am to 8pm).
