Swimming

Swimming is the signature sport of Yuen Long. The Yuen Long District Leisure Services Office organises a series of swimming activities for the public, from which talented swimmers are identified to receive further training with the relevant National Sports Association.

3-on-3 Basketball

3-on-3 basketball becomes increasingly ubiquitous in Yuen Long District and is widely popular among its residents of varying ages. To further promote such an urban sport and encourage greater participation in sports activities by the residents, the Yuen Long District Leisure Services Office organises training courses, fun days and major publicity events, in the hope that the residents can develop the habit of regular exercise, and budding players with potential are identified for the focused training provided by the National Sports Association.
