Enrolment Method and Points to Note

Enrolment method

Organisations interested in participating the Games may make online enrolment through the LCSD website, or download the enrolment form from the LCSD website and return the completed enrolment form to the Major Events Section of the LCSD by post (Address: 2/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin.) or fax (Fax no.: 2634 0786).

First round of enrolment

The first round of enrolment was ended on 18 Noember 2019 (Monday).

If the quotas are exceeded in the first round of enrolment, allocation of places will be determined by drawing lots. However, if the champion of those 11 competitions in last year’s event enrolls in the respective event again, it will be accepted automatically.

The ballot for the first round of enrolment was held at 7:30 p.m. on 25 November 2019 (Monday) in the Audio-Visual Room, 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters. Please browse Games Highlights for the balloting results, successful organisations will be notified of the payment arrangements by email. If places are still available after the lot-drawing or the payment deadline, they will be filled by the organisations on the waiting list.

If places are still available after the waiting list is exhausted, the Organiser will continue to accept enrolment from 13 January 2020 (Monday) by post or fax, until the final enrolment deadlines for the respective competitions on a first-come-first-served basis. Second round of enrolment

If there are still places remaining in certain events after the first round of enrolment, we will continue to accept enrolment by post or fax from 2 December 2019 (Monday) at 9 a.m. until the quota was full or the final enrolment deadlines for the respective competitions on a first-come-first-served basis.
