Enrolment Method and Points to Note

Enrolment method

Interested organisations may refer to Latest News for details of the events that are still open for enrolment through the website of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and download the enrolment form and return the completed form to Major Events Section of LCSD by post (Address: 2/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin.) or fax (Fax no.: 2634 0786).

First round of enrolment

The first round of enrolment closed on 14 November 2022 (Monday).

If the number of applying organisations/applicants exceeds the number of places in the first round of enrolment, the places will be allocated through balloting. If the champion who won in the last Corporate Games enrolls in the same event again, he/she/the team will qualify automatically. If the champion of 7-a-side Mini Soccer in the Corporate Games 2018 enrolls in the futsal competition, it will be eligible to take part in the competition automatically.

The balloting for the first round of enrolment was held in the Audio-Visual Room, 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters at 7:30 p.m. on 21 November 2022 (Monday). Please refer to Latest News for the balloting results. The applying organisations will be notified of the balloting results and payment arrangements by email. If places are still available after the balloting or payment deadline, the remaining places will be allocated to the organisations on the waiting list.

If places are still available after the waiting list is exhausted, the remaining places will be open for enrolment by post or fax on a first-come-first-served basis from 16 January 2022 (Monday) until the final enrolment deadlines for the respective competitions. Second round of enrolment

The events with remaining places after the first round of enrolment will still be open for enrolment by post or fax on a first-come-first-served basis when the second round of enrolment starts from 29 November 2022 (Tuesday) 9 a.m. until the places are full or the final enrolment deadlines for the respective competitions.
