Body in Time Body Sparking Movement Public Workshop

Lead by professional dancers of Unlock Dancing Plaza, the specially designed workshop will reignite every inch of the elderly’s bodies with fun through small object, practice of body movement and coordination.

Themes of workshop including:
Plastic bag
To train the elderly flexi-control their bodies and enjoy relaxing movement by playing games of body with object.

Hitting mosquitoes
The movement integrates the senses of sight, hearing and touch of the elderly. It helps training the accelerate control of muscles, the response of body, the accurate movement with coordination of hands and eyes of the elderly.

Making fun with “water”
How to present the movement of water with body movement? Let’s work out with your creativity.

To “write” by body movement
Have you thought of other ways to write instead of using a pen? Let’s write by body movement with your imagination.
