Exhibition "Centenary of the Bell - Resonance of Time"

The former Kowloon-Canton Railway Clock Tower’s iconic chime once rang across the peninsula—an ubiquitous sound that connected the city’s people in time. Together, the chime and the sounds of the city formed a symphony witnessing the transformation of Hong Kong. With special music composition to capture the many facets of the bell’s chime in different periods, the musical and chiaroscuro experience of Centenary of the Bell - Resonance of Time exhibition will walk you through the 100-year story of the bell, from its casting to the rebirth of its chime.

The exhibition was successfully held during 10-24 December 2021.
