Before furthering her studies in the United Kingdom, Bertha Kum earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). Apart from taking piano as her major instrument with distinction of LTCL performance diploma, she came under the tutelage of Wong Kin-yu in HKBU and passed grade 8 organ examination. She also learned singing and the pipa. Kum graduated from the Royal College of Music, London in 2019 with a master’s degree in performance science. While in London she joined the church choir of St. Luke’s, Chelsea and studied organ with Margaret Phillips. She is now serving Shing Kung Hui Kei Oi Church and Church of Shalom as an organist. |
Jason Tang is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree at the Royal Academy of Music in London, studying organ performance with David Titterington, and choral conducting with Patrick Russill under full scholarship. Previous teachers include Dr. Helon Kwan and Wai-chung Wong. |
Shirley Yoeng began to play the piano at early age and obtained the licentiate of Trinity College London in piano performance in teenage years. She studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where she started learning the organ with Wong Kin-yu, and received her bachelor degree in information engineering and minoring in music. |

Free tickets will be given out, limited to two per person, on a first-come first-served basis at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre enquiries counter between 9am and 9pm starting from 10 December (Fri). Children aged 6 and above are welcome. The programme lasts approximately 40 minutes without intermission.
