The Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie LAM, officiated at the Flag Presentation Ceremony of the HKSAR Delegation to the 13th National Games of the People’s Republic of China at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, and presented the HKSAR flag to the Secretary for Home Affairs and Head of the HKSAR Delegation to the 13th National Games, Mr LAU Kong-wah.
