Flag Presentation Ceremony of the HKSAR Delegation

 

To publicise the HKSAR Delegation’s participation in the 14th National Winter Games and cheer on the Hong Kong team, the Flag Presentation Ceremony for the HKSAR Delegation to the 14th National Winter Games was held by the Organising Committee of the HKSAR Delegation at Kowloon Park Sports Centre at 5:00 pm on 2 February 2024. The Permanent Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Joe Wong, officiated at the Flag Presentation Ceremony and presented the HKSAR flag to the President of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and the Chairman of the Organising Committee of the Delegation, Mr Timothy Fok.

Other guests included the Under Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Raistlin Lau; the Commissioner for Sports and member of the Organising Committee of the Delegation, Mr Sam Wong; the Deputy Director of Leisure and Cultural Services (Leisure Services) and member of the Organising Committee of the Delegation, Miss Winnie Chui; and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Delegation, Mr Cheng King-leung.
