The design concept for the playground is not only to engage children in active play, but also to stimulate imagination and creativity of children from pre-school age to school age. To enable children to play safely, the playground is carpeted with safety matting.

Pavilions are scattered in the park to provide covered area for visitors to take a rest and enjoy the scenery.
The Tai Chi Area can be used for Tai Chi exercise.
Occupying an area of about 1 hectare, the lake offers a beautiful view.
Sculpture Walk display sculptures made by local and overseas artists.
To tie in with the name of Tin Shui Wai, water fountain and water features were constructed to highlight the concept of "Tin"(sky) and "Shui"(water).
There are two Tennis Courts in the park.
There are three outdoor Basketball Courts in the park.
There is a hard surface 5-a-side Soccer Pitch in the park.
Located in the southern part of the park, skateboarding lovers to practise and demonstrate their skill.
There is a turf pitch for gateball in the park.
A designated pool next to the artificial lake where model boat lovers can play electric driven boats.
Model Car Play Area is opposite to the park management office where model car lovers can play electric driven model cars.
A Pebble Walking Trail is located in Tai Chi Area
A Quali Walk Trail is set around the Park so that visitors can enjoy the scenery of the Park while doing exercise.
