"Let’s Move@Preschool (幼動樂)" Scheme

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) launched the “Let’s Move@Preschool (幼動樂)” Pilot Scheme (the Scheme) under the “School Sports Programme” in 2022 to offer young children exposure to a variety of sports activities, helping them develop a healthy lifestyle.

The Scheme, hosted by the LCSD and co-organised by various National Sports Associations (NSAs), covers nine sports, namely dancesport, gymnastics, squash, mini-tennis, wushu, table tennis, football, rugby and handball. It aims to encourage kindergarten students to develop a healthy and active lifestyle at an early age through interesting interactive games. Experienced coaches from the NSAs will bring the relevant equipment to the schools for sports demonstrations and arrange fun activities for the students, with a view to teaching them the benefits of sports to ensure their all-round development.
