And while a proper shuttlecock game can be very intense, if you are not in a competitive mood, simply kick the shuttlecock around for endless hours of enjoyment.

18 Kungfu & Poem Workshop
Poetry and martial arts seem unlikely partners but this workshop focuses on Wushu and its relationship with rhythm of poetry and music. Participants can learn this ancient form of Chinese martial art while reciting equally ancient Tang Dynasty poems.
