A half-rate concession is available to senior citizens aged 60 or above, persons with disabilities and their minders (on a one-to-one basis), children aged between 3 and 13, and full-time students. After purchasing the monthly tickets, persons with disabilities and their minders (on a one-to-one basis) and full-time students enjoying half-rate concession are required to produce the valid supporting documents that prove their eligibility for the concession (such as Registration Card for People with Disabilities or photograph-bearing full-time student card/student handbook) for verification by our staff at the district leisure services offices (DLSOs) and the booking service counter. Ticket holders who have not completed the verification process are required to provide the relevant supporting document every time before entering public swimming pools.
All opened public swimming pools managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (except the Wan Chai Swimming Pool, which is designated
Unlimited admission to the swimming pools during public sessions for one month from the effective date of the ticket
Members of the public can purchase the monthly tickets via My SmartPLAY App, SmartPLAY webpage and self-service stations only after completing their registration as SmartPLAY users upon the launch of the SmartPLAY system. Ticket holders are required to produce the valid electronic monthly ticket in the SmartPLAY mobile app together with the following identity documents (original or copy) before entering public swimming pools:

3. | For children aged under 11: Birth Certificate / Document of Identity for Visa Purposes / HKSAR Re-entry Permit / One-way Permit (original or copy) | |
Non-Hong Kong resident | Valid travel documents (e.g. passport, Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (i.e.“Two-Way Permit”)) (original or copy) |
A half-rate concession is available to senior citizens aged 60 or above, persons with disabilities and their minders (on a one-to-one basis), children aged between 3 and 13, and full-time students. Ticket holders paying the concessionary rate are required to produce, in addition to the above identity documents, the copy of a valid supporting document such as Registration Card for People with Disabilities or photograph-bearing full-time student card/student handbook to prove their eligibility for the concession when purchasing the monthly tickets.
The existing smart card system will continue to operate after the launch of SmartPLAY. The holder of a Public Swimming Pool Monthly Ticket can use the smart card to enter all public swimming pools managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (except the Wan Chai Swimming Pool) through designated turnstiles during the validity period of the monthly ticket. Smart card holders are required to produce their smart cards before entering public swimming pools. Staff of the pools will check the identity of the card holder against the photo printed on the smart card.
