Participants may prepare the following tools and flower materials and follow suit during the show. a bunch of roses* a short wide mouth vase a pair of secateurs or scissors a pair of gloves a ruler tap water * A bunch of roses with leaves of about 1.5 to 2 feet (i.e. 45 to 60 cm) tall should be used. Withering cut roses may suffice.
