In 1912, the government decided to proceed with the construction of a terminus building in Tsim Sha Tsui. This photo taken in around 1915 shows the Terminus in the final stage of construction.
The train is seen leaving the Terminus. The latter and the Clock Tower had just been completed, though there was still a good deal of construction going on at the site.

View of the Kowloon Terminus in Tsim Sha Tsui around 1916-1920. The Clock Tower was built in 1915, but its clocks and bell were installed in 1921.
The clocks and the bell of the Clock Tower commenced operation in March 1921. The clock facing the harbour is depicted in this photo taken in around 1930-1940.
