Hiring Charges for Main Hall

1 Use of the main hall - including the infield arena, the track and the spectator stand (per 8-hour session / per hour thereafter) $17,100 / $2,140 (for sports use)
$31,700 / $3,960 (for non-sports use)
or
20% of the total gate receipts
(whichever is higher and in compliance with the conditions of contract)
2 20% of other incomes besides the gate receipts (e.g. proceeds from ground advertisement, television or radio broadcast, sale of souvenirs, sponsorship, etc.)
3 Timing equipment (per 8-hour session / per hour thereafter) $2,520 / $315
4 Use of LED Display Boards (per piece)
Non-profit-making events (per 4-hour session)
Profit-making events (per 1-hour session)
