| Venue: | Tiu Keng Leng Sports Centre (Address: 2 Chui Ling Road, Tseung Kwan O) |
| Eligibility Requirements: | Participants aged 35 or above are welcome. A participant's age is calculated as at the first day of the competition (i.e. those who were born on or before 24 January 1986 are eligible to participate in the competition). |
| Enrolment Fee: | $20 per person for individual event. Participants aged 60 or above, full-time students and persons with disabilities can enjoy a concession of 50% upon production of a valid identity document at the time of payment. A participant’s age is calculated as at the first day of the competition (i.e. 24 January 2021). $60 per team for team event. |
| Inclement Weather Arrangement: | If a Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement has been issued, or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still in force 2 hours before the reporting time for the first round of the matches on the competition day, all matches on that day will be cancelled. The Organiser will notify the participants of the corresponding arrangements separately in due course. |
