Yuen Po Street Bird Garden is a Chinese-style theme park. It occupies an area of about 3000 square metres and is bounded by Boundary Street, Embankment Road, Prince Edward Road West and Yuen Po Street, with its main entrance facing Boundary Street and another entrance facing Yuen Po Street. The Garden was built by the former Land Development Corporation (LDC) (now known as the Urban Renewal Authority) at a cost of $29 million. Construction of the Garden began in March 1996 and was completed in March 1997.
