Booking Arrangements for the Minor Facilities of the Tai Po Civic Centre

 

The Tai Po Civic Centre has been closed from November 2021 for facility upgrading works, and would be reopen by phases from the 2nd quarter of 2025. The initial areas and facilities to open include outdoor areas, foyer, minor facilities and box office. The Tai Po Civic Centre looks forward to providing professional services for you with a brand-new look.

Late booking applications for the minor facilities including Function Room 1 and Function Room 2 for late June 2025 are accepted from 1 April 2025. Please click here to download the Booking Arrangements, and Conditions of Use, Scale of Hire Charges and Application Form.

The booking arrangements and date for accepting applications for the major facilities including the Auditorium and the Black Box Theatre will be further announced according to the progress of the facility updating works.  

During venue closure, service of the URBTIX Outlet and the Self-service Ticketing Kiosks at TPCC will be suspended. Patrons are welcome to purchase tickets at other URBTIX outlets, self-service ticketing kiosks, on internet (www.urbtix.hk), by mobile app URBTIX (Android, HarmonyOS and iPhone/iPad versions) and telephone booking (3166 1288; 10am to 8pm).
