Barrier free facilities provided at Tai Po Civic Centre are:

Public Area

• Automatic door at the foyer for wheelchair users
• Tactile guide path and braille and tactile floor plan at foyer
• Assistive listening system at the Information Counter and the Box Office
• Accessible Enquiry Counter, Box Office Counter and Self-service Ticketing Kiosk for wheelchair users
• Braille evacuation plans at lift lobbies
• Tactile-braille indicators, voice-announcement device and visual floor indicator in lifts
• Accessible toilet at foyer, 1/F, dressing rooms at the Auditorium and Black Box Theatre backstage and at changing room of the Function Rooms
• Lifting platform at the entrance of the Auditorium on 1/F for wheelchair users to access to the stage
• Audio and visual fire alarm system at foyer
