Unzipping Creativity and Showcasing the Charisma of Hong Kong Fashion Design

The zipper is a small but indispensable element of various fashion items. This functional yet aesthetic component appropriately symbolises the philosophies of many Hong Kong fashion designers, who strive to integrate style into daily life.

Over 60 established and young designers from Hong Kong and Taiwan are invited to display their spectacular works in an exhibition space divided into four zones under the themes of Passion, Mystery, Serenity and Fantasy, through diverse variety of styles to reflect the cultural charm in different domains.

The exhibition will be unveiled by the Unzip Creativity Fashion Parade, with more than 60 designers from both territories showcasing the charisma of fashion design to Taiwan art lovers as well as the general public. The HKFDA Young Talent Award, Mickey Lee Fashion Illustration Award and Ten Best Fashion Visionaries Award will also be presented at the event.

Fashion Parade

More than 60 designers from both territories will participate in the Fashion Parade, showcasing the charisma of fashion design to Taiwanese art lovers as well as the general public. The HKFDA Young Talent Award, Mickey Lee Fashion Illustration Award and Fashion Visionaries Award will also be presented at the event.

Public Talk

Hosted by iconic representatives of the fashion industry, a public talk with topics like the fashion sense and lifestyle trends will be discussed. Through sharing Hong Kong’s far-reaching vision in this field, we hope to arouse the interest of the Taiwanese people to get to know more about Hong Kong fashion design.
