Indoor Stadia
The 12 500-seat Hong Kong Coliseum and 3 500-seat Queen Elizabeth Stadium are two well-designed and equipped multi-purpose indoor stadiums. The arenas can adapt to different stage configurations, offering high flexibility for a variety of activities, including international sports events and tournaments, entertainment spectacles, celebration events, and classical and pop concerts.
Hong Kong Coliseum
Major pop concerts at the Hong Kong Coliseum during the year included famous local artists Andy Lau, Alan Tam, Joey Yung, Miriam Yeung, Twins, Jenny Tseng, Teresa Carpio, Danny Summer, Raymond Lam, Grasshopper, Justin, Wynners, Ekin Cheng, Lui Fong, Gigi Leung, Vivian Chow, ChiLam Cheung as well as Jay Chou, Show Lo, Mayday, F.I.R. and Tsai Chin from Taiwan. The Andy Lau concert, with 20 consecutive performances which attracted a total audience of more than 240 000, marked a 10-year record. Summer Pop - Live in Hong Kong, presented by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, was another notable pop concert featuring top local singers.
Other attractions included: stand-up comedies by Wong Tze Wah, Michael Hui and Jim Chim; 20th Anniversary Celebration Concert by the Asian Youth Orchestra; and the international volleyball tournament - 2010 FIVB World Grand Prix.

The Coliseum hosted 173 performances during the year, attracting a total audience of 1 644 000.
Queen Elizabeth Stadium
In 2010, the Queen Elizabeth Stadium hosted a wide spectrum of sports and entertainment events to celebrate its 30th anniversary. In particular, a retrospective photo exhibition highlighting the major events staged at the venue since 1980 was presented.

Major sports events at the venue included: 53rd Festival of Sport – Hong Kong Powerlifting Championship 2010; 2010 Hong Kong Open International Dancesport Championships; 2010 Hong Kong Annual Badminton Championships Finals; 2010 Hong Kong Junior & Cadet Open – ITTF Premium Junior Circuit; Hong Kong Open Badminton Super Series 2010; 18th Super Kung Sheung Cup International Basketball Invitation Championship; 3rd International Taijiquan Invitational Tournament cum 2nd International Taiji Push Hands Championships; and boxing matches.
Cultural events included: Jazz Up: The Duke Ellington Orchestra; Le French May Musical Showdown 2010; GENS@HK21C; 2010 Hong Kong Youth Music Interflows – Symphonic Band Contest; and Opening Concert of Hong Kong 2011 International a cappella Festival – 2011 International a cappella Extravaganza.
Entertainment events included: pop concerts by Chet and Eman; Kay Tse and Eric Suen; Denise Ho; and comedy shows by Wong Cho-lam and Cheung Tat-ming.
In total, 296 performances were held at the Stadium, attracting 381 000 people during the year.
