The sessions for free use of facilitiesNote 1 on July 1 will be allocated through balloting. From June 12 to 18, members of the public can submit a balloting application for booking available free sessions via SmartPLAY. Each user can submit a total of three balloting choices in one application. Applications submitted can be altered before closing of the application period at 11.59pm on June 18 and the computer balloting result will be announced on June 21. Successful applications will be informed by SmartPLAY system and no confirmation is required by the applicant. (the services counter at at Tuen Mun Recreation and Sports Centre will start from 7:45am while water sports centres and holiday camps will start from 8.30am).

Each person can only book one free sessionNote 2 irrespective of the type of leisure facility, either from balloting or first-come, first-served booking. Overbooking of facilities will be declined automatically by SmartPLAY hence there is no need for the successful applicants to book the remaining free sessions through the system on June 25.
