Objective

In celebration of the 27th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will organise “The 27th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR - Free Use of Leisure Facilities” on 1 July 2024 to encourage people of all ages to do more physical exercises and develop a healthy lifestyle through participating in a choice of sports activities. Most of the LCSD’s recreation and sports facilities will be open for free use by the public.
