Scales of Hire Charges
The Yau Ma Tei Theatre is closed from September 2022 onwards in connection with the Construction of Yau Ma Tei Theatre Phase 2. The Theatre and the Phase 2 are expected to provide you with better services in 2026. Below information are just for archival references.
The basic hire charges of the Theatre and Function Room (1) & (2) are tabulated below:

Note 1：The actual hire charges payable shall be the said basic charges or 10% of the gross sales proceeds, whichever is the greater. (For Theatre only)
Note 2：Concessionary Rates for non-profit Organisations Scheme is available for eligible non-profit making organisations.
