Opening Hours

For enhancement of the cultural facilities and services for our venue users, the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre (SWHCC) is temporarily closed from 1 April 2022 onwards for the renovation and improvement project. SWHCC is expected to provide professional services for you in mid-2025 with a brand new look. For enquiries, please contact us at 2550 7309 during office hours (Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5:45pm).

During venue closure, service of the URBTIX Outlet and the Self-service Ticketing Kiosks at SWHCC will be suspended.  Patrons are welcome to purchase tickets at other URBTIX outlets, self-service ticketing kiosks, on internet (www.urbtix.hk), by mobile app URBTIX (Android, HarmonyOS and iPhone/iPad versions) and telephone booking (3166 1288; 10am to 8pm).

Booking office service hours:	Monday to Friday: 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5:45pm (except public holidays)
