Scales of Hire Charges
The Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre was temporarily closed from April 2022 for the renovation and improvement project and is expected to provide professional services for you in mid-2025 with a brand new look.
Starting from 1 January 2025, ordinary booking applications for the minor facilities including the Rehearsal Room, Art Studio and Music Practice Rooms for the period from July to December 2025 will be accepted.
The booking arrangements and date for accepting applications for the major facilities including Theatre and Cultural Activities Hall will be announced in the first quarter of 2025 according to the progress of the renovation project.
Basic Hire Charges

Note 1: Concessionary Rates for Non-profit Organisations Scheme is available for eligible non-profit-making organisations.
District Arts and Cultural Activities Venue Sponsorship is available for eligible non-profit-making district arts organisations.
