Service Suspension of URBTIX Outlet and Self-service Ticketing Kiosks at Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre
(From 1 April 2022 onwards)

During venue closure period for the renovation and improvement project of Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre, service of the URBTIX Outlet and the Self-service Ticketing Kiosks at the Civic Centre will be suspended. Patrons are welcome to purchase tickets at other URBTIX outlets. For details of the locations and opening hours of URBTIX outlets, please visit www.lcsd.gov.hk/en/ticket/counter.html.

The outlet at Hong Kong Arts Centre ceased operation from 1 October 2023.

* If there is an URBTIX performance at the venue in the evening, its outlet will remain open until half an hour after the performance start time.
