Travellers arriving at and departing from Hong Kong International Airport were able to catch A Glimpse of Hong Kong's Heritage through a standing exhibition organised by the department to publicise and heighten the SAR's cultural image.

A fine selection of 34 exhibits from various museums and the Antiquities and Monuments Office were displayed at five prominent locations inside the Passenger Terminal. In view of the exhibition's success, the department is seeking opportunities to display more works of art at the airport.
