The Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra has invited Chen Chung-sheng, the conductor famous for his whimsical music presentations from Taiwan, Helen Tam and Gary Tam as the host, and Bai Yuguang, tenor with an "alternative" repertoire, to turn the Concert Hall into a Wacky Chinese Music Party.
