Introduction
| A core part of the beautification project of the Sha Tin Town Hall Plaza managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the City Art Square serves the triple purposes of improving the public environment, developing the arts and culture, and promoting the Beijing Olympic Games. The world-class art displays in the City Art Square and the renovation work of the Plaza are donated by the Sun Hung Kai Properties Charitable Fund Limited. The displays include original and uniquely-styled sculptures and public art installations designed and created by 19 world-renowned overseas, mainland and local artists and designers. |
