Notes on Application for Inclusion as the Leisure and Cultural Services Department’s Service Providers Operating Catering, Retail or Carpark Businesses

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) maintains the List of Service Providers Operating Catering, Retail and Carpark Businesses (the List).

2. Firms interested in applying for inclusion in the List may make an application in writing to the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services (DLCS) for consideration. Those service providers on the List will be invited by the LCSD to submit tenders for operating catering, retail or carpark businesses as and when needs arise.

3. The duly completed application forms must be submitted by mail, alongside copies of each of the following documents, to the DLCS for consideration:
(a) a valid Business Registration Certificate;
(b) the latest company profile or the last published annual report of the company (if any); and
(c) a code of conduct of the company (if any).

4. Interested parties are welcome to apply for inclusion in the List at no fees.
