Inclusion in the List of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department’s Service Providers Operating Catering, Retail or Carpark Businesses

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) maintains the List of Service Providers Operating Catering, Retail and Carpark Businesses (the List) to facilitate issue of invitations to tender for those on the List in future tendering work. Those who are not on the List may apply for inclusion at no fees. Interested parties are welcome to complete and submit by mail application forms to the LCSD.

Upon receipt of application forms is confirmed, the LCSD will commence the detailed vetting process and notify the applicants concerned of their application results in writing. Subject to verification of the proof documents submitted, the successful applicants will immediately be accepted for inclusion in the List. As regards their continued inclusion in the List, the LCSD will give consideration to such factors as their ability to submit competitive tenders and their performance in delivery of the contract(s) awarded to the satisfaction of the Government or its representative(s). The LCSD reserves the right to review, from time to time, their suitability to remain on the List in the light of the update information about such service providers.

Those service providers on the List will be invited by the LCSD to submit tenders for operating catering, retail or carpark businesses as and when needs arise.
