Opening up parks for toddlers to play balance bikes

 

The following venues are open for toddlers to ride balance bikes under the supervision of adults:

LCSD will conduct a trial scheme to open up one park in each of the 18 districts for casual use by toddlers to ride balance bikes under the supervision of adults from 1 August 2018. The venues concerned are as follows:
