Hire Charges of Sports Grounds in the New Territories

Hire of Sports Grounds Facilities in the New Territories for Athletics Competitions and Training:

(I) Hire Charges for Exclusive Use

(II) Hire Charges for Non-exclusive Use of Track and Field Facilities for Training (Effect from 3 October 2023)

Individual field facilities (including long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put and pole vault)	$47 for each facility
Ancillary track facilities (warm-up tracks, straight tracks or other tracks that can be used individually)	$70

Three field facilities or more	$70
Individual field facilities (including long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put and pole vault)	$23 for each facility
Ancillary track facilities (warm-up tracks, straight tracks or other tracks that can be used individually)	$70 per hour

 

(III) Optional Items for Hire and Their Charges

(IV) Concessionary Rates

The following organisations are eligible for a half-rate concession for hiring sports ground facilities:
1. Schools and subvented non-government organizations (the concession is only applicable to sessions booked between 8 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday and between 8 am and 1 pm on Saturdays, excluding public holidays and school holidays) and

2. Organisations for persons with disabilities (the concession is applicable to all sessions on all dates).

	#1 Venue - Type I:       Kwai Chung Sports Ground, Tsing Yi Sports Ground, Shing Mun Valley Sports Ground, Tuen Mun Tang Shiu Kin Sports Ground, Yuen Long Stadium, Tin Shui Wai Sports Ground, North District Sports Ground, Tai Po Sports Ground, Sha Tin Sports Ground, Ma On Shan Sports Ground, Sai Kung Tang Shiu Kin Sports Ground and Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground.
	#2 Venue - Type II:       Cheung Chau Sports Ground, Siu Lun Sports Ground, Fanling Recreation Ground and Wo Yi Hop Road Sports Ground.
